... traveled to meet someone?

Just wondering about those of you that have met people ... how far have you traveled? How far would you be willing to travel?

It seems like the only people who talk to me live way far away. Not many people from close to me want to talk and I was just curious as to who has traveled to meet others.

i will go 20 miles and that is it.........

why not go anywhere, get to see new places and meet new people

I have travelled over 300 miles to see someone...was kinda worht it

I would be willing to EXACTLY 756 miles...

I've gone a hundred or so miles... depends on how much the tirl and I like each other I suppose...

i went from ohio to oregon. i was never in oregon, and now i can say i have been there.

I drove an hour - he drove 3 hours

i flew from detroit to seattle... not sure how far that is exactly... 4 hour plane ride. i'd say it was worth it, it didnt' work out as for being a relationship, but she's still one of my closer friends, who i turn to for advice all the time.

i dont think u should limit yourself to just local if theres a will theres a way.if i met someone i thought i'd fall for even moving to a new place wouldn't bother me.

oooh, i flew to canada last year, and it was soooo worth it.

i am not here for that. but if i were, i would go anywhere on earth to meet someone if they were interesting enough and the videochat over a period of time confirmed that we were compatible friends. i have been invited to places where most of the people don't speak english. and places which are on the opposite side of the globe from me. it would be a worthy adventure...jmo

but correspond, skype and videochat for a while to get to know the person well enough to feel comfortable - then meet in real life. cause life it too short to miss out on anyone who is really special.

I met a friend half way, we only got to visit a few hours. It was great to finely get to meet her, we talked online for 6 months. She is a life long friend.

I have traveled 1600 miles. But I had business there anyway. So I went there for 2 weeks at a time to work and saw a few people in the general area. Nothing came of it though.
