If Trump is scum, what is J Biden! Biden should have already been incarcerated.

Incarcerated for what? What do you know that the Congressional Republicans don't, because they openly admit they've got no real evidence against Biden. Some of them have already admitted that they're only holding the hearings to politically damage Biden for the elections next year.

Trump, meanwhile, has four indictments (not including the superseding indictments) with 91 charges, and those are just for the easy-to-prove crimes Trump's done. If they went after everything he's done the list might be 4x longer.

He can still run for president and he can still pardon hisself if he wins the White House.
If the one sided DOJ would charge everyone that has questioned a election( Hillary and others) or overvalued a corporation. Both a basis of opinions . Weā€™d have no politicians . Biden doesnā€™t need help damaging his hopes for reelection.. thatā€™s what he does best..

Welcome back. I noticed you've been gone for several months. I had high hopes that you went to rehab for your Trump Derangement Syndrome but it doesn't look that way or you broke out before the program was complete. Oh well, you gave it your best shot. TDS is a serious illness that few are strong enough to overcome.

Questioning an election isn't a crime. Abusing official powers and leading a criminal plot to overthrow the election is. Big difference.

It's not clear that Trump can pardon himself. That might be for the SCOTUS to rule on, if Trump is reelected and tries it.

Also, if Trump is convicted in Georgia, he can't pardon himself, and won't be eligible for pardon until 5 years after serving his sentence.

First ā€¦ he will not be found guilty in Georgia, that is a bulls* it charge that is based on pure speculation. The bank had no problem with his paperwork. And the loan was paid in full.. show me any proof that he led or enticed the overthrow of anythingā€¦on the contrary , we here more and more of the election interference the democrats played part in in 2020ā€¦ where is all your angst for the other sides interference ?

If the charges are bogus then why do you suppose some of his co-conspirators have already pled guilty? The way I see it, D.A. Willis only brought the charges she knew she could prove, so unless the Republicans in Georgia can block the case, Trump's going to prison, for sure.

You can read the indictment for yourself
https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/read-the-full-georgia-indictment-against-trump-and-18-allies#:~:text=Former%20President%20Donald%20Trump%20was,election%20interference%20in%20that%20state.

You may have some of Trump's cases mixed up. There's no bank involved in Trump's indictment for racketeering in Georgia. Maybe you're thinking of the N.Y. case, and charging somebody of bank or insurance fraud doesn't require proof of damages. Fraud is illegal all by itself.

Lastly, the only reason this is interfering in Trump's election is because Trump committed crimes that took a while to investigate (no thanks to Bill Barr) and Trump hurriedly raced to declare his candidacy to preempt the charges--which didn't work. This mess is Trump's own fault. Biden has kept out of it and nobody's telling the DOJ what to do on this. It's simply applying the law to crimes already committed.

You are right Mortman I was mixing up the Georgia case with the NY caseā€¦ but with the Georgia case he is charged with the RICO act.. this will be hard to convict him on because of itā€™s vagueness, Rico violations are murder , gambling, kidnapping, arson, mail fraud, with a continuous pattern to commit fraud with attempt to harm. His only crime( not a crime) was to tell his people in Georgia to find him enough votes to secure a win in that state, makes since if you think the votes were their but somehow went away. Itā€™s like when Bill Clinton said , it depends on what the word ā€˜ isā€™ is.during his impeachment. The others in that trial have pleaded guilty on other charges. No one has been proved guilty, they have pleaded out.

You might be thinking of the federal RICO law, which probably applies to those crimes you listed, but I hear it's different in Georgia, where it's just a group of people furthering a criminal effort. Notice the two people who pled guilty are lawyers--people who know how to read the law, so they know better than most that the case and evidence against them is solid. They pled out on the lesser charges, agreeing to testify for the prosecution. Probably because a RICO conviction requires at least five years in prison. Also, RICO is only one of the 13 counts against Trump.

As far as "not a crime" telling people to find votes: In Georgia, it's illegal to solicit a state official (e.g. SecState Brad Raffensburger) to violate their oath of office. (count 5 in the indictment). You know they've got him on tape. I don't know how hard it is to prosecute RICO, but D.A. Willis has already done it twice before in Georgia so... good luck.

Thereā€™s also a statue of limitations: 4 yearsā€¦ Im not sure when the trial for Trump will beā€¦

Non-residents of Georgia aren't under the statute of limitations.

The only case against Trump that has legs is the documents case and those legs are awful short. He had those documents legally and they were bullying him for documents he had a right to have. He should've just given them to them but he stood up to the bullying and i admire him for it. Might I add those documents were more secure then Obamas which were in a abandoned warehouse ( maybe a bowling alley) in Chicago with no alarm system. Now the documents Biden had were in his possession totally illegally. The VP does not have any legal right to remove top secret documents from the secure facility of which they are stored. Now that is a serious charge. Why is he not arrested ? Where is his mugshot?

Obama's executive order gave the VP the same access to classified docs as the president, and ex-presidents do not have the right to keep presidential records, much less classified documents.

I think it is supposed to represent the promise
that he will come for you if you oppose him
in any way.

That is so true. Why do I say this? Well it seems that heā€™s threatening his Republicans opponents, Nikki Haley, donors telling them to stop or face the consequences. Mr. Trump it seems you forget that this America, land of the free, and we can donate to the candidate of our choice. Of course heā€™d threading a woman cause it seems he has a history of doing so if youā€™re not on his side. How pathetic can you get!

I agree that Trump shouldnā€™t be Saying these things, Haley should stay in the primary until she feels ready to get out. This primary is not over, give voters a chance outside of two small states.. Maybe South Carolina will be the deciding state if she lose by a lotā€¦ Trump is saying what a lot of people are thinking ( they think this primary is over, time to aim his attacks at Biden)ā€¦The thing that is really pathetic is the job Joe Biden is doing as our President. His job of securing our border is much more damaging to this country that the rudeness coming from Trumps mouth.

It's not Biden's fault that Trump is ordering Republicans to kill the border deal until he can get back into office. That's your GOP sandbagging the country for political points again.

I doubt congress is taking their orders from Trump,, not yet anyway. But if thatā€™s the case than good for him because that bill sucksā€¦The republicans have put bills out there ( one in the senate that Shumer wonā€™t bring up) .. but the bill the democrats want to pass does Nothing to stop the massive invasion , all the xtra money they want for the border will go to letting more in but at a faster rate.. while the democrats and others try to gaslight us we see for ourselves their intentions of flooding our states with potential voters for the democrats,..

LOL. Of course Congressional Republicans take orders from Trump, and the extra border funding isn't for more immigrants faster, but better handling of the crisis. Lastly, it's not an invasion. Those immigrants are people in difficult situations. It's only because their home nations suck and the US is still good, despite Trump and Congressional Republicans trying to take it down.

Because their country sucks doesnā€™t change our laws.. we have( or had) a border for a reason.. seem like the democrats forgot thatā€¦. Biden may be able to pull the wool over some peoples eyes on the economy but when it comes to the border he is derelict in his duty.. and that is a impeachable offenseā€¦Better handling? Lolā€¦ you mean get them on their way in to wherever they want to go faster so the optics arenā€™t as bad on the borderā€¦ nobodyā€™s falling for that B.S. answer of his about more $$$ to secure the border.. thatā€™s why he removes any barriers that work to keep illegals outā€¦
