has anyone noticed that 2 republicans, Fred Thonpson and Ron Paul have not attacked any of the other candidates?
And Bill Richardson a democrat hasn't attacked any other candidate.......
And these 3 people get no recognition for this.....
It seems all the others are fighting out of desperation for the big seat.......
Who is your choice for the job?

I have to say, I was kinda floored by some of the candidates last night. They have gotten worse not better. En the ones you thought maybe would not...actually spoke inteliigently. I am not of any party in particular but I am of specific agendas. Hillary en Mitch pretty much looked like idiots last night, to no surprise to me. So that was a non-factor for me. McCain did not satisfy my immigration question. I am not happy with the solutions he en Guilliani have put forth. Guilliani made a statement about a 4 year program to tighten the boarders. Not one candidate mentioned illegal papers where they take flights here. That is a bigger problem than walking over the boarder!
Hmmmm...this is a tough one this year, but I CAN SAY it is an election for change! So I am going with the one candidate that has a good plan for change, his wife is intelligent en supportive and would make a good first lady. He respects that young people have questions en want change en he has listened to them. We have alot of new young voters. En alot of people between 30-50 dealing with the tax issue above en beyond the national deficit of the war. Personally, owing alot of money to China does NOT make me comfortable. So, may the best man win!

I would like to see the elected just stand up and tell the world, okay, it's time for us to collect the money back we gave you in the past..........And if you need our assistance in the future, you will pay for it from here on out...........That's what we need...........To me, Fred, is the guy to do just that

Ron Paul would be my choice, Because he is very conservative.........He is the only one that talks about saving this country................better than what we have now by far

It's sad Fred has a good chance of not-winning. I agree with him though, I don't think he "got in late." Like he said, "in today's world of information, if you can't get your message out in a few months, you never will... " I think what he didn't count on was the Perception of being in late...

BTW, my next T-shirt - http://thoseshirts.com/imaofred.html

Of course, Huckabee got that Butt-Kicking endorsement from Chuck Noris! http://youtube.com/watch?v=MDUQW8LUMs8

I am not happy with any of them. I have not made up my mind which party or which person I want. They are all either hard core politicians or lack experience. I have said this before and I will say it again. I am so cynical about the people running for office that I feel we no longer have a choice of picking the best man/woman. We have to figure out which individual will do the least bit of damage to the country and elect that person.

explode scornerpocket ..... Hey if you were the "annointed one, the one who was supposed to be the torch bearer for the Democratics, the one with 35 years experience, the one who knows all, sees all, and can do all" and you came in third in Iowa, wouldn't you be upset?

laugh

Ole "Phone-It-In" Fred hasn't attacked any other candidates mainly because doing so would require a bit of effort--something Freddie boy "refused" to display during his two (mostly embarrassing) terms as a U.S. Senator. Actually, he HAS attacked others indirectly, most notably Obama, by saying this country doesn't need a leader without experience. Excuse the hell out of me, Freddie, but since when does possessing the single WORST voting record in U.S. Senate HISTORY constitute "leadership experience"? You coulda at least had the common decency to show up for a vote or two, just to attempt to at least fake being halfway interested in your job and it's duties.

Funny aside: Dude must be burning it at both ends in the love life, cause he sure ain't in the political world, but has anyone other than me noticed that for someone who's 10 years younger than former P.O.W. John McCain, ole Fred looks at least 20 years OLDER than McCain? Just wondering.laugh

35 yrs of experience? Not even close!!! The sad thing is, she's including the time her hubby was in office too. That's like saying "I was there when the plumber fixed my toilet, now I'm qualified to be a plumber". Hillary is a joke. Women out there, please listen, if you ever want an ounce of respect, do not let this one represent you. I hope a woman will be president someday but this one will set you back several decades.

mrtxstar..... glad you liked my 35 years of Hillary enough to quote it. Her 35 years of experience is a big joke. She claims to be "the agent of change." Hey, if she really has 35 years of experience, where/what is the change she has made? Whoops! I forgot! How stupid of me! Her failed health care plan. laugh

I like your plumbing with the toilet analogy -- but,at the risk of offending you laugh , I want to admonish you for forgetting to add ---

elect Hillary and things will go down the toilet.
