Just a FYI - I had this discussion with my own doctor in November. She is a moderate Democrat - her words? "I do not want the government getting involved - they screw up everything." Okay, doc. I think she was a little irate.
Over the weekend I read Hillary Clinton's "plan." She said she would consider making purchasing health care "mandatory." Now, isn't that rather close to 'dictatorship' if not socialism? She said she would raise taxes to help lower income individuals pay their premiums. But, I do agree that everyone should have some form of health insurance provided, but don't individual states have their own form of health insurance assistance available? Lindyy |
