In some of us, we just follow the crowd.
In some others, they lead and speak LAUD.
And in a few, they lay low, and stay still.
Never to voice out,, one word, of what they feel.
I came on here as me, honest, sincere, and with my will.
I couldn't spell, I couldn't type, Trying to do,, was really Hell.
For my first Month on here, no-one even knew I was on here.
I changed my Pic, and looked like a bad-boy kind of guy.
THEN, EVERYONE saw me,,and read what I had to say, or imply.
I stuck-up for the timid, and put bad guys in their place.
Yelling and CUSSING, to stop them from fussing.
We didn't have a Moderator back then, so I always stuck my nose in.
Hell I did that all through School, helping to keep their rule.
We've grown 1000 times larger, and went World wide.
Now its even harder to be seen, or easier to hide.
Being on here over five years,seeing so much sadness, so many tears.
Enjoying all the good times,and lovers getting engaged.
So many strangers becoming Best of friends, on every page.
This place they call Mingle2, can get its grips on you.
I have not found my one and only, but I don't live feeling lonely.
YOU FOLKS make my days and nights fly by, all so sly.
So many hearts reaching out,,so many pants wanting to come off.
THIS is where kids, grow-up, and grown-ups come, to feel like kids.
Some lives shall meet and change forever, some will never see ever.
ALL will have that happiness inside, that we share here World Wide.
All the laughing, all the jokes,,and those little hugs and pokes.
From Emails, IM'ing, Searches, and Match,, Its all in Timing.
That one special minute, when YOUR ONE, is right here to see..
AS YOU START READING ALL ABOUT THEM,,AND TELLING THEM HELLO.
They may be just like you, or they may be opposites so true.
But your have this happen,,time and time again, as you begin.
Until that one day,,when that ONE PERSON, STOPS AND LOOKS YOUR WAY!
As you and them start talking, your hearts will start locking.
SOON both of you will be together, kissing,holding hands and walking
Your take that risk of chance, to you give them, more than a glance
Because they sound FANTASTIC, YOUR HAVE TO MEET THEM OR GO SPASTIC.
Maybe your BOTH find real LOVE, Or feel a bit like unmatched gloves

Hello there!

...2 years ago I stared to use this site and few months after I was in a relationship whit "blp1228"..now we are married!

Today is Lilypetal's and Michiganmn3's 2 year anniversary! We met for lunch...did a little geocaching.....a walk along the beach(Lake Michigan) That first date lasted 7 hrs. We have been together ever since. Lilypetal moved to where I am living and soon we will set up a home together. It has been a wonderful 2 yrs.

I WANTED TO TAKE THE TIME TO ADD TO WAT ((( MY ANGEL ))) WROTE IN HERE. WHEN I JOINED HERE, I WAS NOT LOOKING FOR A RELATIONSHIP, I WAS LOOKING FOR FRIENDS. ONE DAY FALLEN AND I MET IN A CHAT ROOM, AND ALL WE SAID WAS HI. SHE WAS NOT LOOKING FOR ANYONE EITHER. SINCE THAT TIME WE STARTED TALKING WE HAVE BECOME FRIENDS, AND NOW WE ARE IN LOVE. ON THE 13TH OF SEPTEMBER, WE WILL BE TOGTHER FOR GOOD. THIS IS TRUELY A MIRACLE IN BOTH OF OUR LIVES. IT ALL STARTED WITH JUST SAYING HI. I LOVE THIS WOMAN WITH ALL OF MY HEART , AND I KNOW SHE FEELS THE SAME.
I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW, THAT THIS CAN HAPPEN TO YOU TOO, JUST GIVE IT TIME. IF IT WAS NOT FOR " JUST SAY HI " WE WOULD HAVE NEVER MET.

And this is why I love Mingle2..

Well now it has been (2 days shy of ) 3 yrs for Lilypetal and I. We share a home together, as well as a wonderful life together. A few ups and downs as in any relationship but we work together to make it work. We still pursue our favorite activities and some new ones too. We drove past the mileage marker that I saw that posted "Muskegon 138" and laughed because when I saw it the first time I thought that's not to far to go and meet someone for a date. I didn't know then how far that first meet and greet would take us, but here we are.
