So, do you know what the #1 song was on the day you were born?

Mine: August 28, 1961

Wooden Heart (Muss I Denn) by Joe Dowell

This is a personal choice. I wasn't comfortable putting a pic up at all at first. Then I didn't spend any time on the site so it was just as well. When I began to check it out, I realized I should download a picture to share if people were curious. Fair is fair, I want to know what people look like too. My choice was to not have a pic as my "main" pic as you can see but I do have a few pictures if you click on my profile.
So there's my 2 cents...

Right you are, and often the men, too, believe that they love them. It's very sad.

Maybe it's a good time to agree to disagree. None of us have all the answers and everybody is different and attracted to something/someone for any number of reasons. I don't think anybody wants to feel like they fit into a particular category or psychological profile because they fell in love with the wrong person and others are either just trying to help or maybe make light of a difficult situation.

(Hope I'm right)

It's not easy finding the "perfect" person for yourself. Everybody wants something, it's only human. All you can do is try to treat people the way you would like to be treated and be honest about what you want and are willing to give. No one should be abused. Too bad we can't just match up the bad boys with the bad girls. Life just doesn't work that way....sigh...

One more thing.....It is NOT always the "hot" or typically popular people that are guilty of treating the person that they "love" like crap. Sometimes it's the seemingly sweet, compassionate type that is the worst a$$hole or biotch you can imagine. People are crafty. :-)

"Bad Boys" will often hide their behavior in the beginning of a relationship. Sometimes they are expert at telling the woman exactly what she would love to hear and they exude charisma. Then once the relationship is established, often will start their crap. There is often a lot of lying, apologizing and false promises. It is usually not at all easy to leave them either. They will beg and plead and promise to change. This is a really complicated issue. Even the people involved in the relationship don't know why, including the ones that are abusing, cheating, whatever. Everything always looks simpler from the outside looking in. ( My 2 cents)

There are so many great movies...old and new.
