Glad to hear about ur thought on physical fitness, if ur on complete bed rest then don't worry eat healthy and lean foods like fish, red meat, eggs white and also some veggies and fruits eat low fat foods which will help u in recovery and provide u energy without that useless calories and if u can do cardio then it will be awesome to make ur physice more leaner.
