Everything you posted is predicated on the belief that God has no expectations of his creations. I believe in a God who has expectations of us. God expects us to worship Him as He has requested, which means only Him. God does not want to share us with other gods: sex, drugs, money...whatever you use to fill the empty spot in your soul where your love for God should go. God expects us to pray frequently, not because he hasn't heard us, but to show our devotion to what we have asked for. If you ask for a friend to be healed, but can't be bothered to pray more than once, why should God take you seriously? If you really want something, you ask for it daily.

Respectfully, I disagree with your idea of God. Of course, I am coming directly from a Christian perspective, I'm sure you disagree with my idea of God as well.
