Refusing to delete an account is completely wrong and an abuse of civil liberty. In view of the concerns regarding identity theft this action is criminal. There is no way I would voluntary join any site that would not allow me to remove my profile, is the site so bad and loosing so many members that this is the only way they can keep up the numbers? I would warn anyone not to join as there are plenty of more ethical sites.
