thanks Kat  Can anyone in laymans terms explain concurrent and consecutive sentences to me plz? Well, I think concurrent is all charges run together consecutive is run one out then the other kicks in. Kat |

Thing is; it depends on all the charges. One charge can grow into many.
Breaking and entering--- breaking and entering weapon- terror can be used there as well- Tieing up (zip ties), restaints used ie kidnapping, holding someone against their will (could bring a couple of charges there)- holding a knife at her throat, another charge - rape, depending how many times could add up-plus the weapon robbery one charge but add a weapon...oh man - then you can have premeditated (he saw her and planned it)another charge - What is uasually done is they will bring forth as many chrages as they can to be assured of a conviction...then run them together to accumulate sentencing. But, can also have each charge run out it's time and start again with the following charges. The worst charge will begin and the others will follow also assuring all will be the most badass felony. The Jury has an obligation to convict or not...but I think they also have the power to place forth sentencing...but it ultimately falls on the judge to go with or change it. The reason for all the life sentences is so the term doesn't run out. Here in Oklahoma...life means at least 45 years. Kat |

Well, if they do...it's all over but the crying. Bye bye N Korea. One launch is all they get...then all hell breaks loose. I told you guys. Have you not noticed that you are asked a lot of times for your email account? So, they may contact you? They use it to find out your character by finding you. I have searched people I know and found all kinds of stuff. Kat there are secret ways to get around that....you can get many free email accounts....shhhhhhh I usually lie on all those registration forms.  Missiles is all we have to fear from that country, because those people dont even have food and have had to resort to canibalism to survive,and the main thing you need for an army is food. Wonder if it taste3s like chicken?? Ewwww, that was so gross! Yeah, its disgusting.  There is a black market in that country for human parts to eat because they have no alternative. Those people have even been trying to eat tree bark. I seen a documentary about it all. Man....that is so sad. I feel for those citizens stuck in that regime. They must be so miserable and sick. Thomas I am just saying that we have been warned to stop this behavior. I am constantly telling my nieces and nephews to not do it because they could get caught and be arrested. Pay huge fines.
I dont even care about whether the music is sh!t or not. If it's so much sh!t, then why download it anyway? It is stealing when they make their money with cd's and such. And the illegal downloading takes that away. Even if it is mere pennies. Like I said...I don't care. If I want music...I turn on the radio. Or tune the tv to a music channel. Besides...there is legal downloads out there. Kat |

I think every county should have a gallows & sex offenders should be "hung by the neck, till dead." Esp. kid involved offenders. Anything ever happens to kids I care about, GOD help em. I would most definately vote for that. They have got to find a way to find out who these children are. Stop their pain....STOP IT... Kat ps. I know I said I was through with this thread. Kat I truly apologize if you misunderstood why I posted this thread. I do not condone anyone (child/woman/animal) being abused or used. I dont believe anyone else who has participated in this thread has said anything to the contrary. But I admire your stance and feel the same. Reason for my question is just due to the news. I find LEO's do a great job, however, I have a curious nature and I find it helps when I don't know something to ask. No child, woman, no person should be abused or used in any way. I question the authorities, their actions and question the legalities of situations. This was not meant for you to get upset and if you did again I apologize as it was not the intent. I was not and am not upset with you hon. It was just the subject, and in my mind the lack of interest of the child and its worse than death life. I understand that some are so involved with their privacy and legality of the laws that exist. I also understand the the law has to so what they have to..to get a handle on travesty's such as this one. Entrapment is an on going thing and has been since I can remember. It is how they find those that break the laws, and deal with them. I am not a friend of it...though I am in these cases. My wish is that I could find a way to help these poor children that have no way to fend for themselves. And in my opinion if checking every single persons pc helps...then so be it. I find it odd that this post had to do with child porn; but it turned into a privacy act? This is a horrible thing that has happened to some poor little baby. A horrific incident that plays itself out over and over again. People...if we put as much effort into putting a stop to this bullsh!t...it could be dealt with. I am shocked more people did not speak up for the shear inhumanity of the chidren of such horrible nasty men. Not of the busted porn viewer, or rights of internet police. Kat Not sure what you find so odd Kat, I posted asking questions. Not once have I removed guilt nor shame from man who readily admitted. I read the article had questions and I asked them, but I am full of questions today  See OP  I find it odd that it seems there is a disensitivity to hearing "child porn" and that the rights of an individual over play the rights of a child that has been abused raped and violated. Where is the compassion for the child? Why isnt there more talk of being thankful they found this guy and not why was there policing of other pcs in the vicinity of his... be it wifi or connection of another source? Why dont we want to know how to help? I guess I am the only one that will let them look at my pc without question when it comes to trying to help a child in diar need of rescue? My thoughts are with the child, that has to suffer for just one man who wants to view this filth and horror. My privacy be damned. I am sorry...my heart hurts for these children who can't seem to get help from this horrible event. If someone doesnt want to be trapped in such a site...then stay out of it. Get out fast. Don't stick around and see what it is...leave it as fast as you can. Kat Um no one suggested not even the police that this man was the one that produced the image or even that he produced any cp images. It is only said that he was allegedly caught dl it. So where is the child in need of rescue. If they used the technique described in frans post, no child was involved at all and he not have even intended to dl cp. The viewer makes it possible for these perverts to make this crap. Without them..it would not be so prevalent. They also sometimes find these pervs through the viewer through mail between the two. I am through with this thread. It just makes me angry that no one is speaking up about the horror of such sites and only speaking of their own rights. Hangs head...this is sad..... |
