Folks -

The rules apply to everyone equally, new and old. When members break em, they force us to take action.

The reason we have the rules and apply them is for the benefit of the entire community. You may not like the decisions we make, and we may not always make the right ones. But I promise you that whatever we do, we do it for what we believe is the greatest benefit for the JustSayHi community.

We don't like suspending or banning people. There is almost nothing I hate more. But don't take that for a second to mean that we won't do what it takes to keep the community a safe, fun, and friendly place. If we have to ban people, we will - you can count on it.

You all can make it easier on us by following the forum rules at all times. Don't attack or insult other users. If you can't say something respectfully, then don't say it at all. If you're angry, walk away from your keyboard and take a break. If someone says something inappropriate to you, report them to us, then ignore them. Work to calm situations down, not inflame them.

If everyone followed those principles, we'd never have to suspend anyone.

So help us out. Treat each other with respect at all times.

Several of the posters on this thread have had their posting privileges suspended.

If any of them tries to make another account to get around the suspension, they will be banned permanently from the site.

If any of them has another violation of our forum rules, they will receive a much longer suspension or be permanently banned from the site.

We won't allow this type of behavior in the forums. Period. If you can't treat each other with respect and dignity, then don't post here.

Sorry, can you explain in a little more detail what the problem is that you are having? Is it still occurring?

Mixed up how? Can you explain in a little more detail?

Is this still happening for you?

If they've been deactivated and they did not deactivate themself, it means we deactivated them because:

- They violated one of our site rules
- They are a scammer or fake account
- They had multiple accounts (which is not allowed)
- All of the above

They should be working. Are you still having this problem?

What else is not working correctly? Please let us know so we can fix any errors that are out there.

widowerseeking - it goes both ways. If people come in and start attacking or insulting other people, then yes - we will suspend them. But if people decide to come in and post respectfully, even if it's to present an alternative viewpoint, then they must be treated respectfully.

That doesn't mean that everyone has to agree with each other. You can argue and vigorously debate any topic. But if that debate turns into insults and attacks, we'll start suspending folks.

The forums are an open place and welcome to all. People need to be tolerant and respectful of other viewpoints and perspectives. They don't have to agree, but they have to be respectful. If anyone can't handle that, then they can't post and won't be a member of the site for long.

If you can't post something respectfully, then walk away from your keyboard and don't post at all.
