happy friday, no breakfast, up waaayyy to early and ran 6 miles then taught the students all day and took a pie in the face..in the name of a good cause... overall a great Friday hope everyone else can say the same....

OK all I have added a few more pics and a bit more to the verbage...lol.. thats a big word for me... i am looking to see if i can find any other pics that are a bit better. but I dont want to be the guy with no shirt...lol.. thats just not me...any way wats the deal now????

Thanks to all whom have commented. I will make a few adjustments as suggested and see what happens from there. I really appreciate all of the help so far. you all seem real nice.
