The bmi index is kind of a joke
At 6 foot 7 Weighing 220 and in decent shape I'm at the top of the scale leaning towards overweight Yet I'm rather slender and built like a stick I could easily carry another 50pounds if I could gain it So don't worry so much about your bmi score But rather your build and how you carry it |
