Ublock origin + noscript is the best medicine. You need some time learning the domains to never allow, this is going to get a lot of the speed back. A lot of the slowdown you might experience is the stuff that goes on when your individual trackers are identified, and cookies are placed and read back. Clear browser cache often too. googleadservices.com is one of those nasty buggers. There are many more, but i don't track your browsing movements so you need to learn this for yourself.

To the O.P., you're profile could be slightly more elaborate. A little more you, perhaps?

I am doing ok, i moved to prettiest place on earth. Summer is coming indeed, and the only thing stopping me from enjoying it is the screen i'm stuck to. Luckily birds cheer for me outside the window, and life is still very good. Nice to see you here again.
