I have purchased 3 months Mingle plus subscription using Google pay, Order number: GPA.3302-1323-7197-60430. But even after successful payment, it's not showing that I'm a Mingle plus member. Each time i go to Mingle plus section it's shows an error message, saying payment is being processed and will activate in few minutes, but it's been 2 days already. How do I contact mingle support, any email number for phone number?

you pictures need to be in particular ratio to be able to upload i.e. both width and height of image should be equal (1:1 ratio). it is best if you directly download profile images from facebook and upload them here, as they are already in that ratio.
