Naive Cliches

perhaps, part of what makes a cliche so popular is the naive idealism implied two of my favorites are 'it can't get any worse' 'all that matters is love/all you need is love' what are some cliches that struck you as the most illogical/unrealistic? "You don't know what you have, until it's gone" Does this even make sense... I've known what I had and appreciated it, it's being gone just reminds me how much I made it a point to appreciate it |
