I think it's both. Also deception is hard to handle. You cared for her and now you lost her and although you are upset she lied to you , you still care. It's a shitty situation and she probably was not getting attention at home that you were giving her , but when it got too serious she had to let you know.... Best thing for you to do is move on, go out on dates and meet friends... good luck
