Tonight thoughts of you are vividly running through my mind
as I sit by the fireplace and wonder why I'm alone. Sipping Tennesee whiskey thats drowning me in warmth, but not drowning enough of the thoughts of you. I wonder if you even have a clue as to what you mean to me. Maybe I should be the one wondering if I mean anything to you. From the very first moment we spoke,I knew you would be a part of me. We shared everything, including an underlying connection for love. Tonight I wonder if we'll ever share that again. The only thing I feel right now is lost. Maybe tomorrow things will be different, and these tears won't continue to fall. But as it stands now, it just may be another Oklahoma night shared with Tenessee Whiskey. |
