"Give me a break Ghost. Demonized? Nope, alcohol and caffiene are both
considered drugs that can and do alter the body chemistry."

"Topic: What is tolerance? "

Being able to accept yourself and open minded to other's.

At least that's my interpretation.

Excellent responses guys.

I too have dial-up. It's slow but patience is a virtue.

I thought it was an excellent video too with all the images of global
conflicts and miseries that go on. I thought they were trying to say
What have I done as far as what the whole world has done to each other
and this planet. I dunno.

Maybe someone can come-up with a better interpretation.

Anyway's Thanks ppl

Uncyclopedia
The free encyclopedia of politically incorrect misinformation and lies.

uncyclopedia.org/wiki/Main_Page

Fun stuff

and yes you can put anything you want in Wiki. But I think what ever you

Just think how lonely you'd be in a loveless relationship. All your
friends are involved with other people too. so no friends to confide in.
My mother was the most lonely person I know while still married to my
dad. Their marriage was the most loveless. Basically they were room
mates trapped with each other. How pathetic is that.

I don't really care for this kind of topic. It singles out ppl and what
do you think of the ppl who are not on the list? How do they feel?

Not trying to ruin any fun. Just trying to put things into perspective.

4 Great Reasons to Stay Single Forever

You don't have to be married to be happy. With more people than ever
choosing to remain single and never marry, academic researchers have
determined what millions already know: It's OK to be single. Many
studies over the decades have shown numerous reasons why marriage is
good for us. It not only makes us happier, but also healthier and
richer. It's even been shown to help us live longer.
What's THE very best city for singles? More than any other U.S. city,
one in particular is the happening place for singles.

But now there may be a marriage backlash. The U.S. Census Bureau reports
that the number of Americans 18 and older who have never married reached
55 million in 2006, up from about 45 million 10 years earlier. "We have
spent the last decade talking about how great marriage is, but there are
also costs," sociologist Naomi Gerstel of the University of
Massachusetts, Amherst, told USA Today.

Four great reasons to stay single have emerged from several different
studies, reports USA Today:
--Marriage reduces social ties.
Singles are not only much more connected to their family and friends,
but also they are more likely to help their parents in their old age
than their married siblings, according to an unpublished study by
researchers at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and Boston
College.
--Singles are just as happy.
When a couple marries, there is a measurable boost in their happiness,
but it doesn't last. Over time, their happiness returns to pre-marriage
levels, according to a study by Michigan State University of 70,000
households in Great Britain and Germany. Singles who never married
reported the highest level of well-being.

--No significant economic benefit.
Across all social classes, women are less likely than in the past to see
marriage as an economic benefit, according to New York University
researchers. The result is that women are raising their standards and
giving a whole new meaning to the word "picky."
--Pressure to marry doesn't hurt self-esteem.
When family and friends pressure women to marry, it does not hurt their
self-image now as it once did in the past, according to a study from
Penn State University and Duke University.

"They also believe that your
body is a "temple" and you cannot do anything to harm it, which includes
no drinking alcohol, no smoking & no intake of caffeine"

What about Pot? So I guess they don't drink sodas either. There are
plenty of stuff we ingest that are harmful to our bodies. So they
decided that only coffee and Alcohol are evil. Well, let me tell you.
Plenty of studies have been done that prove alcohol ( in moderation) can
have plenty of benefits to the body such as lowering the bad cholesterol
in the blood thus not allowing it to stick to your arteries.

So they demonize stuff just because some ppl abuse it. That makes no
sense.

When One's Company...
By Laura Snyder

One isn't really the loneliest number.

In truth, we really think we're "lonely" just because we've bought into
modern culture's belief that the only relationship worth valuing is a
romantic one. But, in fact, it's just as easy to be lonely with a
partner as it is when you're single. Who among us hasn't felt the
forlorn despair of staring up at the ceiling in anguish while your
partner snoozes peacefully beside you?

Let's face it; no matter your marital status sometimes it's hard to
shake the feeling that you're all alone in the big, bad world. Here's
how to cope.

Have a Well-Rounded Life

You will not be a more interesting person by sitting on the couch Friday
night. Keep active, go to lectures or workshops, try a new hobby, take
an intriguing vacation, check out that art gallery you've been meaning
to, volunteer, make friends and social connections that aren't of the
romantic variety.

Cherish Your Solitude

Start looking at your alone time as treasure, not torment. Enjoy the
opportunity to engage in some serious soul searching or to cut loose
your creativity. It's much easier to get lost in your own thoughts or
strum out some new chords on the guitar if you're not being interrupted
by someone.

Keep Perspective

Yes, there are life's moments that beg to be shared with someone you
love. But having someone's arms around you isn't the only path to bliss.
Don't miss out on the good stuff in a desperate hunt for someone
(anyone!) to share it with. Spending the weekend alone is far preferable
to spending it with the wrong partner.

A preacher was walking down the road when he meet up with a drunken man.
The preacher decided to change this drunken mans life of sin so he
dragged him down to the river to make him see the light of Jesus. The
preacher dunks the drunks head into the water for 10 seconds. He lifts
his head up and said to the drunk "Did you see Jesus!!" the drunk said
"no I didn't" So the preacher dunks his head back into the water for 15
seconds and then lifts his head up again and said "Did you see Jesus!!"
the drunk said "No I didn't." So now the preacher is furious and dunks
his head back into the water for a third time for 20 seconds. The
preacher lifts his head up and said "Now did you see Jesus!!" the drunk
looks at the preacher and said "Are you sure this is were he fell in?"
