People use the word "natural" ... What is natural to me is these
botanical species which interact directly with the nervous system. What
I consider artificial is 4 years at Harvard, and the Bible, and Saint
Patrick's cathedral, and the sunday school teachings.

My advice to people today is as follows: If you take the game of life
seriously, if you take your nervous system seriously, if you take your
sense organs seriously, if you take the energy process seriously, you
must turn on, tune in, and drop out.

Think for yourself and question authority.
Timothy Leary's track on Sound Bites from the Counter Culture (1989)
Throughout human history, as our species has faced the frightening,
terrorizing fact that we do not know who we are, or where we are going
in this ocean of chaos, it has been the authorities — the political, the
religious, the educational authorities — who attempted to comfort us by
giving us order, rules, regulations, informing — forming in our minds —
their view of reality. To think for yourself you must question authority
and learn how to put yourself in a state of vulnerable open-mindedness,
chaotic, confused vulnerability to inform yourself.

these are very profound statements in my life. if you don't question who
you are . how can you learn anything.

Big Change on March 11. Know What It Is?

This is bound to take a lot of people in the United States by surprise.
Starting in 2007, daylight-saving time begins on Sunday, March 11--not
the first Sunday in April as has been the case for 20 years. When you
weren't paying attention in August 2005, Congress changed the law to
lengthen daylight-saving time by four weeks. Why? So we can save energy.
And instead of going back to standard time the last Sunday in October,
we'll now "fall back" on the first Sunday in November, which is Nov. 4.
Not everyone is thrilled with the change. The airlines in particular are
perturbed, reports The Washington Post, as they are scrambling to make
sure countless automated systems will change the time on the clocks at
just the right moment. If those systems fail, your flight will be
delayed. Banks also need to program their ATMs to change the time on
March 11. Meanwhile, Barry Koling, spokesman for Atlanta-based SunTrust
Banks, told the Post, "I haven't heard about it."
Your computer (provided the software is fairly current) and cell phone
should both update automatically since they get that information from
the Internet and service providers' networks respectively. Still,
Microsoft has already issued a warning for users of its older products,
including Windows XP SP1 and Windows NT4, that the clocks will have to
be updated manually.
Here's the good news for kids: It won't be as dark when kids go
trick-or-treating on Halloween night!

B.I.B.L.E. is an acronym for Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. It
is divided into the Old Testament and the Harry Potter books. The
former is believed to have been written by a single, anonymous Author
under the Nom de Dieu of YHWH. Since publication of the first edition,
the Author has become increasingly reclusive and publicity-shy, and no
longer appears in public either as a burning bush or a blinding light,
let alone a still small voice. In fact, if one excludes the possibly
bogus interview in Mecca 1,500 years ago, YHWH has not held a press
conference for well over two thousand years.
The narrative of the Old Testosterone is an inspiring but gruesome read,
with graphic depictions of violence, brutality, cruelty, slavery, incest
and child murder interspersed with the heights of poetic inspiration.
The tone of the New Temperament, in contrast, is entirely more Gentile.
Although it has its fair share of torture, suicide, violent death and an
ultimately apocalypic ending, the message is overpoweringly one of
redemption. A careful exegesis (1) suggests there may be several
authors, under the collective pseudonym of J K "Holy" Roller.

Animal the Born Agains (at least in the born agains I know) Believe that
Good deeds are like a dirty rag to Christ.

You have to accept their Christ into your heart (No matter how sinful
you are).
You see how perverted that all is?

Good deeds mean nothing to them.

It's like back during the time of Martin Luther.

The Church was selling salvation. No matter how devilish you are.

It'sall about power and curruption that's all.

As the wise Karl Marx Said:

"Religion is the opium of the people"

And so it stands true even today.

Ghost

Religion is, indeed, the self-consciousness and self-esteem of man who
has either not yet won through to himself, or has already lost himself
again. But man is no abstract being squatting outside the world. Man is
the world of man—state, society. This state and this society produce
religion, which is an inverted consciousness of the world, because they
are an inverted world. Religion is the general theory of this world, its
encyclopedic compendium, its logic in popular form, its spiritual point
d'honneur, its enthusiasm, its moral sanction, its solemn complement,
and its universal basis of consolation and justification. It is the
fantastic realization of the human essence since the human essence has
not acquired any true reality. The struggle against religion is,
therefore, indirectly the struggle against that world whose spiritual
aroma is religion.

Religious suffering is, at one and the same time, the expression of real
suffering and a protest against real suffering. Religion is the sigh of
the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, and the soul of
soulless conditions. It is the opium of the people. [Emphasis added]
The abolition of religion as the illusory happiness of the people is the
demand for their real happiness. To call on them to give up their
illusions about their condition is to call on them to give up a
condition that requires illusions. The criticism of religion is,
therefore, in embryo, the criticism of that vale of tears of which
religion is the halo.
