I can only express my thoughts.... being right or wrong... They do reflect some truth.
" A person is traveling, and suddenly has vehicle trouble, without money to spare and NO INE TO CALL... Where do they find local assistance that will help?
"A person is recovering from a series of curcumstances that results in homelessnes, in his attempts to recover has difficulty of reaching interviews.... Where do they find support within the community?
