I'm interested in meeting and perhaps, dating some women in Chico.
Why? Because I'm available, single and living in Chico. I might be moving, some time next year, but why waste the time between then and now, being on the shelf?

Best place in the summer? In california? The coast.
I really like Ferndale and Goleta. They have beaches, and wonderful weather!

I've been on my own, in Chico, for 4 years.
Any ideas, how I can harmlessly flirt with the lady servers,
at Golden Waffle?

To quote a movie, "Show him your pallet." And if that doesn't work,
leave him, and start mingling and socializing. When my exgf broke up with me, 5 years ago, the emotional suffering lasted at least 3 years. But there's more to life than suffering, so don't give up on life. flowerforyou

Seems we have something in common, Mirror. And coincidentally, your user name, is one of my favorite episodes of the original Star Trek.

I totall agree. Do you have a recipe, you could share?
My Grandma once made a grape pie. I'd appreciate a reicpe,
for that, too. Here are two recipes, I just found.

Sour Cream Raisin Pie

Once tried, this recipe becomes like a friend . . . never forgotten and invited to many special occasions.

Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 beaten eggs
2 cups dairy sour cream divided
1 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 baked pie crust

Directions:
COMBINE sugar, cornstarch and salt in a large saucepan and mix well.
STIR in eggs, 1-1/2 cups sour cream, raisins and lemon juice.
COOK over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
POUR into pie shell and cool.
SPREAD remaining 1/2 cup sour cream over filling.
REFRIGERATE several hours until chilled.

Makes 1 pie (8 servings).

I tried it, once, in the late 1980s. It was made with black beans, I think. Or at least it was black, and tasted like a thick black bean dip. Expensive, but I didn't buy it. Someone else did. Delicious, too! It's like Pringles in that you can't stop eating it, easily.
