 Hi every one. SORRY Haven't been on much lately. Been busy became a grandma again. A little boy. Had gallbladder surgery last month. Still walking now avatage 3 miles a day. Last weigh in I was at 230!!!

Thanks everyone :) I feel 100% better. My next major goal is to be under 200. Its been an awesome journry of self discovery. Two years ago my mental and physical health were in jepordy. But I became accountable for my choices, and changed my life. If I can do it any one can.

Hi everyone
Sorry I haven't been online much. But I wamt you to know your encouragement and support is very appreciated. It's been a year and a half since I started the journey to a healthier happier me. I am now walking 2 miles 4 days a week,and plan to sraet swimming again soon.I no longer need to use a scooter buggy when I go shopping. I have been able to stop using my C-pap machine for my sleep apbea, and my high blood pressure is now low enough to stop my meds. I staeted out at over 400 pounds today im at 250 !!!! |

I've been crazy busy helping my daughter move. Hopefully soon I will be able to send more time online. I miss all my mingle friends. My weight is still steadily decreasing. I'm at 260 !!! Hope you all are don't well, HUGS to all
