well she had a condom thats sapost to fit all but it didnt fit it was to small. but i know that she shouldnt have went throught with it and now she feels like crap but she is trying to do the best she can with the situation at the moment. well its not like she can do anything about it now its to late for an abortion and she is worryed about the baby is has a spelity doctor looking over her and now she has already fell inlove with the baby. Plus she had no insurance at the time to afford birth control and he refused to where a condom.

She thought that maybe because they are not full brother and sister that they are only half brother and sister and have the same father instead of mother that maybe the baby would have a better chance

well the mother and father have the same blood type. but she couldnt get the abortion. she thought about it but could not bring her self to walk down and get it. she dont beleive in them and believes every baby is born for a reason. she is keeping a close on on the baby to find out if there is any problems with it but so far the baby is completly healthy and normal( as in no birth defects)

she is just so scared of losing the baby and i just dont know what to tell her. She new she could loss the baby in some states and go to jail she just didnt know what states and thought she screwed everything up. |

well, I tell her but she told them she was living with him prier to the back up and conceiced the baby during that time but if i tell her to say yes she was living with him but ended up remebering that she was sleeping with someone else and not him at that time then that should be ok but what if when they are getting her fathers death certificate they look and see that they are related and mess that all up?

well wouldnt they find it odd if she changes the answer of who the father is? And the baby is completely healthy. she is having any and all tests done to find out everything.

They havent asked or done anything right now because she is still pregnant and she was just scared they will show up at the hospital and take the baby

well if i tell her that she may run to another state and not tell them anything so she wont loss her child.

oh i know it was her fault too. I never said she didnt have fault in it she dose. But the odd this with this is that as soon as she found out she was pregnant she no longer wanted anything to do with her and she thinks he should at least step up for this too.

they would want her to sign up on the sex offenders list why she was 19 and he was 37.

well she is my friend and i anit going to judge her there because she had just lost a child and her dad was dieing and she was wanting attention and love and well he was the one that show her that. she is a good person she just made a mistake and now scared she will lose her child and end up in jail. There are states that do that but she dosnt know what ones and neither do i so i was just trying to help her out.

well she never knew him and she was in a vonable state of mind and he came on to her and thing happened

well she lives in new york and is getting help from social services so they already know and thats what she is worryed about

well you see they are no longer together and he lives they live in different states. He is her half brother. They have the same father but different mothers and she is to embarressed to ask anyone but she is scared of losing the child.

today a friend of mine asked me if in the state of new york if u have a child to a blood relative can ur child be taking away from u? and can u be put in jail? if anyone can help let me know.
