2006 subaru wrx... love it same here man! Love my WRX. auto or manual? I'm looking to get a new car and the WRX is on my short list, but someone I know has it in automatic and says it can seem sluggish compared to the manual. Of course he lives too far away for me to try it haha. For now I'm with a 95 Tan Accord. The quintessential ubiquitous vehicle. manual of course! that boxer 2.5 turbo would be a waste in AT... |

The only thing I see Christmas as is a failed attempt by the Christians to take over a Seasonal holiday that the Pagans have been celebrating for thousands of years. I also see it as a quick way for companies to make money, a quick way for a lot of traffic jams, and a quick way to make people lose a lot of money, become stressed, and drink a lot. The combination of brainwashing, superstition, opportunism, and massive corporate profits will always play well in a culture in which the majority is either afraid of, or incapable of, doing their own thinking. The majority is KEPT from thinking trough attentive and delicate brainwashing from pre-school age. The flag, the "in god we trust" over the money and ultimately the fear that is being used as a tool are the basis of the brainwashing, that as a results prepares the terrain for much less phylosophical and much more economical oriented lies. That is infact the ultimate goal. religion is infact training for much more logic lies to be told. If you can believe a woman gave birth when virgin and that a guy walked over water, but died like everybody else, then you're ready to believe GW is a genius and we had to invade Iraq because they were threathening us with non existent WMDs. |

I violated the site policy on "bashing" Other members (did I ?).
I mentioned women beause I don't look for men... I don't see why one can specify that he/she doesn't want to date or search for a smoker, but as soon as you mention body weight (as dangerous as smoking) all hell breaks loose. I never said large people are bad or less than anything, I am just not phisicaly attracted so I felt having a choice to filter out made sense...after all it's a dating site , we use pictures to attract each others right? Anyway, sorry if I offended any ladies... |

Well said Lex but I must point out a few of the topics have been insulting, not at anybody in particular most of the time, so folks need to be aware of other peoples feelings and beliefs before starting a thread that might be offensive to others American PC at its best... and you end up talking about the weather...no wait...the guy who is getting rained on might get offended if you speak about sunshine... |
