I myself have one jsut below my collar line that work out very well as i can hid it for work with nice shirts and in the summer it can been seen with tanktops and such. And yes it was very painfull.

I completly agree dont go to overbard with the font size keep it small and petite.

I think that as long as it brings a smile to your face every time you think about then its a good idea.
