I do beleive most of the time we all are fearful of commitment for all
kinds of reasons. I just would like some honesty right up front!
"What are you looking for?" Friend with benefits or a real relationship
with all the good and bad?

Now a days people cheat on each other with no real consequences to be
had. Divorce rates are very high because its pretty easy to get one!

People don't respect others feelings at all, and aren't willing to stick
it out and listen to each other to try to work on a marriage or
relationship. It just plain sucks!

BTW I'm dating anyone in particular. Its just I am bold and blunt enough
to ask what the guy wants if we do start to date! Just so I can maintain
the wall up if I need to! i just like to know what I'm getting into
before I go too far.

And yes, that stems from being hurt too many times in life!

Well I desire sex quite alot too. But I'm not afraid of commitment. It
seems so many guys are not willing to make a commitment. You date them
for a while and then they tell you they want to be friends with
benefits, that's just not right! If they already knew thay didn't want
to get involved why don't they say that right up front? it would save me
& alot of other women a lot of time and prevent hurt feelings.

I don't really think it has anything to do with womens lib Sage. You're
right in saying, it is about the quest for sex only! Makes me feel like
I'm worth having a relationship with!

I went out with my girlfriend Laurie on Friday and Saturday night. She
was trashed both nights. Not me though. We played cards with her room
mate til 5am Saturday morning. I was up for 24 hrs, surprised i didn't
sleep all day Saturday. I got 6 hours of sleep and went back out from
8pm til 1am. Was up at 6:30 am on Sunday and rearing to go!

My oldest son made me breakfast and my youngest called me from my dad's
house in Ohio.

My little nieces gave me a cute Betty Boop throw blanket cause they both
know I love Betty Boop! They are so thoughtful for 7 & 3 yr olds.

Hey Chris, it takes a special person to give to another who has no one
to spend mothers day with. That was a very sweet gesture, I'm sure your
mom must be a great mother to have brought up such a thoughtful child.


Unfortunately my mother has been passed on for twenty years. I would
give almost anything in the world to be able to just spend Mother's day
with her.
