I've had two screen names and have deactivated both, but keep receiving "JustSayHi Matches" in my inbox. How can I stop this?

Good morning, everyone! I started at 5:30 a.m...

Put on half a pot of coffee, started setting up the food bowls for 7
dogs, chastised a male Afghan for chasing a female Shih Tzu who is in
season, chased the young female Afghan off the couch that is reserved
for the dying elderly Afghan, poured the coffee, put in a load of
laundry, finally remembered to feed the dogs, then hit the Net.

I've now worked my way through all my e-mail accounts, answered my dog
showing boards, and finally have time for a little light-hearted fun
with online friends!

It was below freezing when I got up, and they predict mid 60's later.
What is up with that???

The last thread to turn me off was someone whose sole intention was
starting a thread where you could get stuff off your chest, but was a
thinly disguised "jumpin' in". Not for me ~ I have better places to
visit where that stuff isn't tolerated.

Maybe I'll come around more often now.

Shit, where did YOU live? I am from just outside Washington, DC, and
got my first car in '74. Gas was .50/gal where I grew up!

On the other hand, I turned 21 in '79, so I lived (and did my part) in
the FREE LOVE movement. Anything sexually contagious could be cured
with a pill and most of you cannot imagine that kind of freedom!

I was raised in a "cop" family, ran with and married a biker, went to
bluegrass festivals for the weekend whenever possible, and there was
always a party SOMEWHERE every night! Sometimes for fun, we'd cross the
river into Washington, DC and throw water baloons at hookers on 14th
Street for kicks, then try to hit the gas and get off that block before
"he/she" could kick off their heels and run us down for revenge. Life
was FUN!!!

On the downside, when my friends started dying in car wrecks and to
suicide, I had to face life's reality checks. I was there when a guy I
lived with was killed on his Harley ~ run down like a dog in the road by
a '66 Cadillac. It was my 18th birthday. Welcome to "AdultHood"

I was referring to those that started this thread ~ bashing someone (no,
I have no idea who) merely because she didn't want to converse with them
on their terms, on their time schedule.

People DO have the right to make their own choices. And those who sit
around in a group and bitch about not getting their way strike me as
immature. Hence, the "whine with your cheese" remark.

Someone saying they don't converse with people in a certain geographical
area is still her right. Doesn't sound nasty to me ~ just giving a
reason why she didn't want to e-mail.

At least she wrote back. Better girl that some on here...
