Great words no doubt, but I prefer to concentrate on the 'now' for that is where we make the biggest influence in our lives as none of us knows for sure what happens in the afterlife, (if there is one, though, personally I do thin there is one as relatives have had contact from those no longer with us)... smile2

I'd recommend seeing an instructor at your gym to set out a suitable program for you and what you wish to work on, though I did find the following two sites you may find useful and if you have a modern phone you may be able to download an app for it, (the second link below does have one, though with any apps, I always read reviews first).. Good luck with the training, (doing it myself, but with the wii).. smile2

Of course!!

God is a Seattle Seahawk fan
and sides with the righteous...
and the righteous is ALWAYS
America.

God bless SOUTH america and crush our enemies.

That'll be the North part then!! laugh (looks like my visa applications may be on hold now, lol)..

As for the big 'G' (if there is one), then I would say no, however, people have a lot of passion for not only their religion but also their country/team/group, and it is this from which they take comfort when praying so as to acheive their personal goals they have, or their team, etc... but which they they also take comfort from when things do not turn out as well as they hoped for.. smile2

Here's one from Rabbie Burns..

Love For Love

Ithers seek they ken na what,
Features, carriage, and a' that;
Gie me love in her I court,
Love to love makes a' the sport.

Let love sparkle in her e'e;
Let her lo'e nae man but me;
That's the tocher-gude* I prize,
There the luver's treasure lies.

*tocher-gude = marriage portion

slaphead winking i just want to know why it's hard to find a good guy?

probably because they are swept up so quick..lol

and it takes being a 'good' girl and frequenting those places 'good' guys would be more likely to go as opposed to the usual meat markets,,,,

In that case I hope this is one of the 'Good' places!! :thumbsup: shades
