the heat definately helps, when i have got in and out the bath its been great, the water takes the weight off too. iv been using brufen for the swelling. thats helped so far. Cold flannel perhaps, might try that... cheers

Hey all, Had a motorbike accident on friday, broke me shoulder + a few other scrapes and bruises... takin the usual pain relief and resting up as much as poss, but wondered if anyone got any good ways to ease the pain without the pills. Hot baths great, but such a nightmare gettin in and out... M
