I dropped you off
Just a little after midnight
Sat in my car
Till you turned off your porch light
I should have kissed you
I should have pushed you up against the wall
I should have kissed you
Just like I wasnt scared at all

I turned off the car
Ran through the yard
Back to your front door
Before I could knock
You turned the lock
And met me on the front porch
And I kissed you
Goodnight
And now that Ive kissed you
Its a good night good night baby goodnight

You couldnt see me
Watching through the window
Wondering what went wrong
Praying that you wouldnt go
You should have kissed me
You should have pushed me up against the wall
You should have kissed me
I was right on the edge and ready to fall

I turned off the car
Ran through the yard
Back to your front door
Before I could knock
You turned the lock
And met me on the front porch
And I kissed you
Goodnight
And now that Ive kissed you
Its a good night good night baby goodnight

Some men are intimidated by intelligent women, and/or women that earn more than them.

Personally, I find intelligent men very attractive,( of course good personal hygiene is a must too) if they are not arrogant nor flooded with sarcasm.

Tall, conservative, intelliegent, mixed with self assurance but not arrogance, plus good personal hygiene. Oh...I almost forgot ....common sense.

I think there are real people here, with various agenda's. Some are seriously/honorably looking to find a fit for them, while others may flit from person to person. So it goes in life, face to face. I think you have to take it for what it is, be careful ....and patient.

Patience grasshoppa! :)

Just my 10 cents worth

True love does exist.
True love is rare, that is why it is so elusive.

Many people have a very unrealistic expectation when it comes to relationships--of any kind.

I am always taken aback when I hear someone say "well, I am looking for this, and this and this in a person"...yet, what should really be asked is "What can YOU bring to a relationship?" " What do YOU have to offer?"

Relationships are not just all about what YOU need.

Life is one long learning experience, there are signs all around us, that most of us miss because we don't slow down nor quiet ourselves enough to see...to really listen.

I still believe in true love :)

Just my 2 cents worth:)

yes.

Regardless of how well you think everyone in your life knows you and wouldn't be surprised by a thing or things found- no one knows you 100 percent. The idea of "normal" is so individualized-- what we ourselves think is normal, or boring, or of no importance, means something entirely different to someone else. The grief over someone passing away always magnifies everything, even what you leave behind.
