If a person, due to an injury is no longer able to perform their duties at work, I think it is absolutley acceptable to terminate said employment. And, if the said injury makes it difficult to find another job immediatly, I don't think that says anything negative about that person.
And yes, I think sufficient recovery time would be in order ![]() |
