have any of you ever felt like... you just fail at life? like every decision you make is wrong... you do nothing but bring down the people around you... where you're afraid to hang out with the amazing, nice new guy you met because you're afraid you will somehow make their lives worse like you do to everyone elses... like the world would just be better off if you were never in it... i just wish i knew how to cope with these feelings... STOP BELIEVING IN THEM first of all,..your feelings and what`s really goin on are two very different perspective`s,.. there are NO wrong decisions,.. you are powerless over other people and how they feel,.. it sounds to me,..you grew up being the victim of somebody else`s alcohol abuse,..and they`ve used you as a scape goat,..blaming you for everything that went wrong in their lives,. have you ever heard of Al anon ? |

anger,..my relationship with anger,...   not too good,..I`m like a  and that`s not a healthy outlet,..when I get really angry,.I feel like I could just k** someone,..,even more so lately anger is an extremely powerful energy and if handled appropiately,..could be very beneficial,..just have to learn how to keep a lid on it,.but not too tight,.. any solutions ??? |

with the new year there will be many new suprises coming your way, full of sadness as well happiness yet to come. as where your seeking the truth of a new resolution as discovering your self and looking back at all the reasons on what you have done in your life, as you may have experience some harsh times and try to outlook the past of many sorrow that have came through, as you have enough determination to make each day better than the day before. your new year for 2009 has been fulled with someone that has entered your life as where there is a new meaning and more to come HOW YOU KNOW ALL THAT GIRL ? it`s called LIFE,..
