Well, to be totally honest...
Having kids is always an obstacle, 3 is a lot. So you will have to accept that this makes it more difficult.
Also, looking on an international site won't help much. Too many on here that are merely looking for a quick way into a Western country.
And even if someone was interested, not everyone has the financial means to travel back and forth to meet you.
Not to discourage you, but you may have better luck at a dating site of your own country.
