First of all, Palin has the right ideas when she met with colombian leaders about the free trade. She's negotiated a pipeline with Canada that no one could get an agreement for over thirty years. What you need first is good judgement in foreign policy, Biden is proven poor at this, with his desire to appease the soviet, and his desire to split iraq into three which would create a vacuum and Iran would capture one part, the Saudi's another, and turkey another, and more terrorist and civil unrest.
