To me, happiness is a moment, when my loved ones (cats, family, friends) are free of pain and sorrow. Joy means to me, enjoying things, I like. A nice homecooked meal, hiking trips, playing with my cats, listening to music or painting. Joy is everything and happiness last for only a moment
