If you connect with some one on a deeper emotional level then the compatibility will take care of its self. Just listen to what ther are saying know what turns them on and be attentive to the responses they have to your touch and actions. If you are in a long term relationship you should be way past sexual compatibility cause it should progress just as the relation has progressed.
