Week 3 of the radiation, 5 more to go... I have faith in god that this is working with his blessing. The only side effect seems to be fatigue at this point... I keep eating right ( I slipped and ate ice cream) I'm still doing my walking and on days that aren't to windy I ride my bike on campus here... A bike friendly town here at Stanford... Keep that smile going..... I do... Yes positive is the only way to live....

Well lets see..... I was a loner for a long time... But the good people of mingle welcomed me and this place grows on ya... But I admire the regs in here..... They know who they are... My support group in here is amazing.... When I came in I was looking for friends and more if possible..... Thank you all for just being you.... I now feel like family in here... Or a reg..

I'd also like to add is I have changed my lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle as I'm making my kale, avocado, bee pollen and raspberry smoothie to take to the Y with me to workout.... A first for me but there are many in my new path.... Stay Strong... Keep that smile... You earned it.

Zippy, The mind is the first thing to go. Had to look at your profile and realize who you are. Sorry to hear you are having such a challenge. Put you on my God Bless list for sure and hope the milder weather Nor Cal seems to be enjoying is aiding in your recovery. I am right smack in the middle of the mega medical complex here in Sac if you need a local. Take care and Give the Big C a belt in the chops for messing with such a nice person.  Thank you pacific.. Thank you all of my mingle support.. Day 7 of the radiation ...... Just finished, keeping the right attitude is key it keeps me eating right and hiking as much as I can..sitting in Stanford right now sending this message.....i don't feel a thing so far.. Listening to Robin Trower bridge of sighs makes the treatments go lots better.... Off to the house.( it happens I have family here I'm staying with.. For fun they are growing giant pumpkins from seeds from last years worlds record pumpkin 1600lbs..... Always something to keep busy... God bless you all... |

Food still tastes ok. right now food is medicine to me so I make myself eat super foods alot and smoothies... |

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the radiation therapy I just started but I now set off the store alarm's at major stores... Got me im on day 5 of radiation and this just started here at Stanford the other day... And it happened today
at Macy's

Crap!!! We don't have any creepy people in my neighborhood... Does that make me the creepy one and I dont' know it  Uh oh... I'm on top of a mountain and dont have many neighbors and really a small hood so I must be that guy... I think not
