i also love to write poetry. i can see where the afore mentioned readers could have drawn their conclusions from.
do you remember when anna nicole smith raved about her personal ghost lover to a magazine during the bill clinton scandal? |

there is an italian joke of a man who goes every day rain or shine to the feet of a statue of a patron saint and prays and prays to the saint please let me win the lottery please....finally after years of these daily pleas the saint statue comes to life for a moment and says to the man please please please son...GO BUY A TICKET.
its funny how every time i ask the universe for help with a problem im amazed when it pulls through. today i finally got the gumption to post about this and ask for help amongst others and today on a random excursion to a different part of the city i meet a woman who has experience in this area and is able to offer me guidance...furthermore she is introducing me tomorrow to someone who will be able to assist me. in addition these women have worked with the police forces and have valid references to match their expertise...and they wont charge me friggin nine hundred dollars like some of the hoakies i keep running into will. today i finally ask about this problem and it is literally within hours that i find a possible solution. the universe and all of us within its interdependent web of life are just absolutely amazing. |

oh the book is more in depth into whats going on in her head. and its reveals the other characters more fully and why they are important. i thought it was pretty cool because it is an autobiography of a modern woman facing down her demons as everyone must. the parts in india and bali are almost completely changed in the movie which lost a lot of the flavor of the story for me.

Ghostly Delight by RainbowSlider Your spirit is such a ghostly delight. Your heat helps me to sleep at night. The light is off so you don't go away. Wouldn't want to disturb you anyway. It is eerie though you being so hot. I thought ghosts were cold; Your not. Where ever you touch me my skins alive. Never know when you come; Its a surprise. When I am lonely you are such a dear. Makes me miss you more though, hear? Didn't want to scare you; Stood still. Sometimes when you touch I get a chill. Come back any time its your home, too. Cobwebs just got to me; Made me blue. Don't worry the spiders will make more. Mausoleum is just as pretty as before. I will let you go back to sleep, dear. Just wanted you to know I don't fear. Your love is as alive as when you left. Your touch is as firm as it is so deft. ive always felt the same...just as it is my animals home, so it is to anything that coexists with me. i believe that to be part of the balance. this is a lovely poem. i quite like it. ![]() |

im no stranger to having spirits around and i know exactly what you mean and how you feel rainbow. partly its because im in a new environment and most the spirits im not yet familiar with, part of the issue i think will require sage smudges to remove the negative energies from our home so that the positive ones will have a more peaceful state to exist in, as will trent, myself, and our animals.
i wanted to thank you so much for sharing ![]() there is an italian joke of a man who goes every day rain or shine to the feet of a statue of a patron saint and prays and prays to the saint please let me win the lottery please....finally after years of these daily pleas the saint statues comes to life for a moment and says to the man please please please son...GO BUY A TICKET. its funny how every time i ask the universe for help with a problem im amazed when it pulls through. today i finally got the gumption to post about this and ask for help amongst others and today on a random excursion to a different part of the city i meet a woman who has experience in this area and is able to offer me guidance...furthermore she is introducing me tomorrow to someone who will be able to assist me. today i finally ask about this problem and it is literally within hours that i find a possible solution. the universe and all of us within its interdependent web of life are just absolutely amazing. i will post more about this tomorrow or the next day regarding what happens tomorrow evening. hopefully i will be able to help dess pass into the light, and to create a more peaceful environment for the rest of our spirits under my protection, so to speak. |

![]() most people dont realize how difficult it is to write publicly about something like this because of how many skeptics there are out there and how vocal and detrimental some of them can be. im willing to take the risk though if it helps me find answers. the above comments werent so bad but werent exactly helpful either. but everyone is entitled to their opinion and their own version of reality. people grow and people change. its like you stated in the free masons thread-we are all on the spiritual path, everyone is just at different points- ![]() |

i posted a much longer version of this plea in the misc, in which i talk about my mom briefly and being an energy magnet. she seems to think too that sometimes people who are more sensitive are similar to the light and that when a spirit feels lost they are attracted to anything they think can help. sometimes they dont even realize that we dont know them or have no way of knowing exactly who theyre trying to get a message across to. with the high levels of activity in my environment lately i thought originally this was the case with this spirit. interestingly enough dess just asked to be helped in finding their way into the light. they have a firm grasp on who they were and when they died. and this particular spirit is not as transient as most of the others in our home, in fact it truly seems stuck. so i said to myself "hey...i can do this...and if not im going to try to find a way to make this happen." since then some of dess' particular activities have settled down.

back to the subject...granted im a woman and there are only a few times im even allowed to enter the lodge, so i cant really tell you a lot about how the two interconnect , but i do know alchemy is more than just turning non precious metals into gold, though that is popular thinking. and i can also say that as i stated before the two are interlinked since a popular belief of alchemy is the transformation of the consciousness to a christ-like, or golden state. whats really interesting to research along those lines are the egyptian practices with colliodal gold in order to enhance the functioning of the mind. i believe in some yogic practices it is the state of turiya - the fourth level of human consciousness ( not the waking, the dreaming, or the deep dreamless sleep you exp in r.e.m.; but rather the consciousness which witnesses and transcends all of those).

unfortunately the ones ive spoken with dont have any experience in this area either. luckily one of our good acquaintances is a catholic priest and is looking into it. ive also contacted some local psychics, for instance there's one who does work for the fbi and our local police department, but im not really willing to pay 900 dollars for someone who may not even be able to help resolve the issue or worse for another who may just be a charlatan, because we have those here too lol.

@ redlace. i completely understand what youre saying on your first response.
continuing on...pursuing custody is something father is going to have to do at his own choice and try not to take it out on others in his life if he loses. unfortunately gf walks a fine line because its such unstable ground. if hes introducing her to his child hes pretty serious i would think about your friend. in which case when and if their relationship advances to a certain point then yes she should meet the mom and all adults shoudl sit down for an adult discussion. hopefully everyone can be mature enough and put on their big girl and big boy panties and manties respectively and remember that the situation at hand is about a childs stability and well being. while your friend and her bf can control their emotions over the matter (hopefully) the mother is a wildcard. ive been through this in three different relationships. the first i didnt want to meet the child because i wasnt sure of the stability of our relationship, so i never did. i didnt want to intrude on the childs world. or enter into the drama of that particular exwife. the second time was a man i was friends with for years and finally the timing was right for us to date. it was natural for me to spend time with his daughter and he and his ex, and the courts, and arranged how visitations would happen. i still talk to both him and his daughter regularly. luckily the ex and i never had to interface. the third is my current relationship, where the ex had moved out over two years ago but my bf was raising her children which arent biologically his. one was concieved during their marriage. he payed tens of thousands of dollars for her to gain custody of her first child and just like the ex in your friends life, since then she spent all her time in bars and in affairs that never left time for caring for her own kids. even after they split he cared for the kids. but as soon as he fell in love with someone other than her she ripped the kids out of his life because he has no stable case in court. luckily not as many women out there arent going to do this but it does happen.whats sad is now the children are still not in a stable situation and hes the only father theyve ever known. it sucks. and to be candid helping him through that sucked. theres a lot of anger and heartache in that. so you know. youre gf should proceed with caution, weigh her options, and be fully committed if she goes down this path imo. |

![]() a persons personal interest doesnt always consume their whole life. sometimes it doesnt even consume their whole day. and rarely does it consume their whole fraternity. however there are some masons that were alchemists. but that doesnt mean that every single alchemist is a mason or vice versa. |

well you have to remember that masons, like anyone, are a lot of things and have a wide variety of interests. some are just part of the fraternity for networking. however i do believe you have to be at least a little bit of a free thinker to join since the preinterviews and later oaths you take require it. a lot of masons were also unitarians, universalists, and unitarian universalists- not that that has anything to do with alchemy lol. many are philanthropists. what i would try to do is get in touch with current day authors on the subject or related subjects. for instance the man who does the flower of life workshops has a lot to say on alchemy and its history etc since he is close friends with a modern day alchemist.
