Here are some suggestions (wording and syntax). I took out some extraneous words which tend to distract from your message:

"It's been a while since I've tried online dating. I'm a single mother of a wonderful son, laid back and easy to get along with. I'm not into clubbing or partying, or easy hook ups; move on if you are.

I want a serious relationship, but I don't want to rush into it. Some people would dive into a relationship after the first date; I'd rather get to know who you are and go from there...

My absolute favorite place to be is the beach. But not MS's because it's nasty and stinky. I love Perdido Key, FL and Orange Beach, AL."

BTW, I don't know what "MS" is; you might want to spell it out for geographically ignorant folks like me. Hope that helped.
