That's not necessarily true, because we may ban the account faster when reported. Moreover, that will force them to waste more time making a new account (and email account). Finally, we ban an IP address when it's clear that it's only used by scammers. We greatly appreciate members that take the extra few seconds to report such accounts.

Welcome, SamJubairRaj. Make sure that the file you are trying to upload is the right type (.gif, .jpg, or .bmp format). These three formats are the only types of photo files that Mingle2 supports.

Also, when it comes to uploading photos, know that the actual file size is almost unlimited. The number of pixels in the image, however, is limited to 10 million. In other words, the product of width times length must not exceed 10000000.

If you are still unable to get your photo onto the site using the above information, then you may be using a mobile device that we do not support. We only support Android and iOS devices, at this time.

As you may know, our chat client has not been reliable for a while. After much consideration, we have concluded that the right decision is to disable chat across the site. We don't want you to think that you are being ignored when the person that you are trying to IM might not've received your message.

So, for now, Mingle2 will not have an IM/chat program. We are considering our options for the future, though, which include building our own IM/chat client.

I did some testing with your account, candy4two, and this only seems to be the case with the Who's Online aspect of the search. Is that to what you are referring?
