"Age is just a number" ain't true if you live in a senior community. The HOA verifies the age of ALL occupants, even mt live-in housekeepper. If you can't prove you're 45+, out the gate you go. That said, I 100% agree about the number of 25 & 30 year olds who find me "so hot it makes the wet!". Scammers every one preying on lonely old men.
