For me... Good conversation , thinking out of the box ( problem solving ) , love it when a lady looks to take care of herself. One thing that does not look good, is when talk puts most guys stereotyped as certain types. Cleanliness and smell are huge for me. Gotta love some perfumes . :) Being discreet , that's a big one too. If in a relationship with a partner, good to know it's just between you and your partner. Love it when notice has been paid, for a gesture.

Ladies... These are qualities that I believe most men have and practice. Situations and surroundings usually dictate if you see them come out . IMO probably pretty hard to determine over the internet. Like text and e mails, very difficult to see the intent .
