I find it a bit odd that someone in my industry is having such difficulty with navigating a dating site. I've seen stranger things though.. especially as far as it comes to my professional peers.

mmmkay, first of all you are making a mistake by having any sort of expectation. This is a red flag for most people, whether you are a guy or a girl. Next, you need to take a really good look at yourself. Is your life on track or all messed up? If it's all messed up you need to get your life straightened out. Otherwise it will come out in the potential relationship. When your life is on track, you automatically have more confidence and a more positive, fun-loving, outlook which will result in being more attractive to the opposite sex. So get your life in order (if it isn't already), kick back, relax, have a good time and get to know some new people. If you are anxiously awaiting the love of your life, it probably won't ever come.

I have been on for about 6 months and I still do not have it figured out, just be yourself.
