I haven't done much dating in my history.. So I really can't answer.

Dating didn't seem so scary 20 years ago. Now it seems like everyone is just 'talking' or 'friends with benefits'...but both just mean sleeping together without even having to go out to a movie or buy dinner first. It used to be more black and white, didn't it? Maybe it's just been so long my memory has faded!

I agree with you about the black and white.Today everyone seems in a hurry including me. In a rush to find out whether he is the one,whether you are wasting your time,or whether you are getting in over your head.I don't remember feeling this need to know so soon when I was in my twenties.Nothing wrong with your memory missy

I wonder if it's kind of the press of time? I agree that it seems like ya gotta know immediatly if this is gonna be the right one and if it isn't burning hot in a few dates, it's on to the next one. Gotta wonder if the right one didn't get passed up somewhere due to a lack of patients?

I so agree.To big of a hurry.It's like no one stops to smell the roses any more.

It's been a long time since I've been on a "date", I just don't know what to expect now. I don't have my nerve up to date just yet, so it won't really matter until later.

i have to agree. everyone is in such a rush now. when we were younger it seemed like we had all the time in the world.

Everything is too fast! I can't leave work fast enough. I can't get home fast enough. The microwave is too slow for God's sake! I used to know how to relax and read or enjoy needlework. Now, I feel like I'm wrapped way too tight!!!!!

I liked that I seem to have more time to date when I was younger....I was supposed to meet a friend for a coffee date 3 differant times ........and every time something comes up on either one of our schedules.

Wished ya lived closer lol
