I'm the Captain of this ship.
Looking for some companionship.
It must start out as a friendship.
Ending in a long partnership.

I will sail the world over.
Over the oceans and down the river.
For I'm a true believer.
That true love can last forever.

Making sure to check every cove.
Looking low and high above.
My love I will gladly prove.
For the one that will be my truelove.

I will search each shipwreck.
Looking every inch below deck.
As well as all of the abovedeck.
I'm not doing this for a paycheck.

For I'm the ships Captain.
Willing to share my domain.
My love is like a fountain.
You have nothing to lose only to gain.

As I search each inch of the ocean.
Even circling around the caribbean.
I will tell you I'm no Shkespearean.
But... I will never be mean.

I'm known to go along with the motion.
For I have no special potion.
Except to give you a massage with lotion.
And all of my devotion.

I'm in what some would call midlife.
And would like to have someone in my life.
I'm not into partying and the nitelife.
I would even share with you my pocketkife.

From early morning daylight.
Till the sunsets every night.
We could fish by daylight.
Or even in the moonlight.

You see this ship can take the waves.
There are no underlying motives.
You must want this for yourselves.
Our love could be explosive.

Here on this ship of mine.
Looking over the coastline.
Listening to the ships engine.
Filling the lanterns with kerosine.

I know that some special day.
That I will find a love this way.
A love that will not betray.
And will be here surely to stay.

And when it is found it will surely stay,

Even though it is on a special trip.
And it sails the open seas.
They must come my way bearing the keys.
That can open that door.
And love me forever more.
Pirates are like thieves in the night.
They all think they are right.
Riches they do steal.
Ohh but do I have them a deal.
I'm not a schoolgirl.
Nor am I someones playgirl.
I'm the captain of my ship.
And will send them on a tip.
It will not be far or long.
But will send them to were they belong.
