depends on the crime and circumstances around it Indeed, sometimes it is alright for an "eye for an eye" justice. especially all child related crimes. there should be a "daddy" LAW! where daddy takes care of the offender

I think when it is proven without a doubt that they committed the crime, then they should be killed the way they killed their subject.. Take susan smith i think she should have been strapped in a car and been dumped in lake like she did her three innocent kids.

Not at all,even though there in prison they still have the right to live and breath,if they kill someone or horribly rape a child I don't think they should have those rights. JMHO

She get to wake up every morning, work out, read books, use the internet, eat, visit with her family, etc. What does the three children have? because death is too easy for her...let her "live with it" ANYWAY...isolated case. In the grander picture....should we "hit" our children because they are showing violent tendencies? There's a much greater (an encompassing) message to be sent.
