I think I overdid the workout yesterday, or I pulled a muscle in my back, right between my shoulder blades  Good thing is, it's forcing me to have absolutely perfect posture today
No, same ones I've been using. I adjusted my form a little, thinking I wasn't doing it quite right. So, it's either I wasn't doing it right before and now I'm feeling it, or I was, and I goofed Just taking motrin.
Oh good grannies.You taking anything for it? Did you lift the heavier weights??? 
I did an aerobic dvd & lifted weights..Today walked on the treadmill and watched Monk. (Never seen that show.. )
