My son and one of his fellow graduates stopped in the lunch line (I manage the school kitchen) so he could ask me to speak at his graduation, what a shocker. He told me later that I was someone in authority that he admired and that is why he wants me to speak. Told him I doubt I can do it without crying (I'm kind of mushy like that), but I agreed none the less, hell how could I say no.

Here is my dilemma, I don't know what to say. I would like to hear any and all suggestions anyone has.

Speak from your heart. Just don't say anything that might embarrass him, lol.

I would just like to say though that you are a very lucky parent. It's not that often that our children show appreciation in that big of a way. Kudos to you!!flowerforyou flowerforyou
