I'm in need of some legal advice.....without going into great detail.....is there anybody out there that can help me. The matter concerns post divorce issues. If anybody out there feels that they might be able to help, please email me.

Have you tried contacting a legal aide group in your area, I don't know what your state provides, but most offer some type of free legal aide, depending on people's incomes, etc. Used to be able to contact the Bar Association and schedule a 1/2 hour consult for greatly reduced fee (in the 80s was $15, but you know it is more than that now). I have even called a local attorney and talked to her on the phone and asked a couple of questions and she gave me the information for free. Don't know if anyone in your area is that generous or how long it will take. The Welfare office may have a list of legal agencies who are free or low cost also, may give them a try.

Post divorce issues? It sounds like credit card debt and the like. Spend the money and see a good lawyer since you do not want to take a chance and get your credit ruined. You would be better off going to a one-man law office rather than a big firm. Large firms have high overhead and naturally charge more.
